Since 2013, the International Film Festival for Human Rights -Colombia, offers audiovisual programming and a cultural and training agenda that contributes to spaces for dialogue around life, reconciliation, the promotion and defense of human rights and the construction of ideas for peace. It is the ideal scenario for the audiovisual community that is committed to the focus on Human Rights, it has become the main platform for the promotion and circulation of films whose access is limited by its non-commercial purpose and it also encourages the creation and open spaces for conversation about social issues.
